13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcomNexis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or platform-related losses.

Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service giving rise to the claim.

  • required payments are not made
  • the client is unresponsive for an extended period
  • required information or access is not provided
  • the client engages in abusive, unlawful, or fraudulent conduct
  • continuing the service becomes impractical due to third-party restrictions or policy issues

The client may also request to stop services in writing. However, fees for work already completed or already in progress may still remain payable.
